has anyone had issues finding QD sling swivels

I finally got a set of QD sling swivels so I can put on my sling properly but they keep poping out of the rear housing not a major issue but I think that it is the design of the swivels themselves just not designed to hold the weight of the srs. and the front one you can't remove the barrel with it ...

im not sure can check tho ill grab a thred pitch guage and verniers out tonight in the meantime shooting shed uk has a bolt knob for sale

ive been meaning to do this my self so i can get on the lathe and make a bolt knob or 2 for my bolts and my mates one as well
