DTA coyote kill

Post by PSYOPS »

As part of a coyote contest here in New Mexico this past weekend, I made a first round kill my SRS and of course my FoxPro.

My DTA is my Tac Match rifle...same ballistics, same dope, same gun, so it made the trip for coyote hunting. 6.5 creedmoor....I know overkill!

The DTA gets it done!

No such thing as overkill. Dead is dead every way you look at it. Nice work though. How far a shot was it.

The A-max just rips them to shreds....but who cares. If I was trying to save the pelt, I'll try for the head shot. :D

She came in pretty close. She stopped at about 85 yards, squat to take a pee.......bang! Dead yote.

...about 85 yards. She was squatting down to pee, so she made a BIG target. Love coyote hunting!!!!
