Desert Tech Caption Your Photo Contest (prizes to the winner)

Post by coldboremiracle »

We are trying to relaunch our forum here at Desert Tech in the interest of cultivating camaraderie among our customers. Everybody loves to post pics of their guns, and most of us are big fans of the Desert Tech family of rifles. So here is an opportunity to share and perhaps even win something.

Post your caption of why Desert Tech rifles are in your opinion the best, points will be given for creativity, and even more for a good accompanying photo. Please keep it to one or two sentences, and preferably one picture.

At the end of the month, a winner will be chosen, and given a Desert Tech prize pack. (DT tee-shirt, hat, and a box of DTM 308 Match ammo)

Here is my SRS Covert, not for the win, just to get it started.

Took this boy at 816 yards Thanksgiving morning after having removed the barrel and skins the night before to clean the internals (not barrel). I think this speaks to their accuracy that I could pull the barrel and without re checking zero, and be able to drop an animal at distance.

DTA is the best because their conversions are so versatile. Just cleaning up some long range targets.

Is that a Mauser broomhandle, or a Lothar Walther?
