Are there production issues?

So here's the deal... my LGS and good friend is pretty low on the list for A1 orders. When he called late last week he was told by the CS rep that our order would likely be coming sometime in Sep due to issues in production. This is quite a change from what we were previously told (July). Are there actual issues or is this guy out of the loop? If there are, I'm glad you guys caught them and will continue my semi-patient waiting. Any info on this would be appreciated.

I recently read on another Forum that DTA was having issues with the monopod. Seems to fit the information you received. I'm patiently waiting too!!!

I am pretty far removed from the production loop, but I heard that we did have an issue with at least 1 batch of monopods. Also continue to hear about different holdups with out of shop processes that have pushed back leads...

A few nice looking A1s showing up on SnipersHide Forum this week. Were initially ordered in January and February. Hopefully they'll start rolling out in larger quantities soon! I placed my order about March 1st and it's been paid in full with all necessary accessories. I can't wait......

Mine showed up last week. It was ordered by my dealer pre SHOT-Show and I "claimed" it from them on Feb 5th. Keep up the patience guys, DTA is a great company! They take care of their customers and make one freaking awesome platform!

Just to give you something to look forward to... Be patient, it'll be worth the wait!

I paid for mine in 2/25/2013 and my DTA rep/dealer has been giving me similar responses. First it was issues with the barrels from Lothar, then it was issues with monopod, now the response is "I really don't know but we are hoping to expect it in November". I really love DTA but I'm closing in on 8 months now for a fully paid product. Its a bit ridiculous but then we are the ones that want it. and when Demand >>> supply, especially on a a proven platform I have no choice to sit on my ass and wait patiently I hope as said above the Customer Service makes up for all the delays that we endure. These are the times we live in
