This is exactly what I've been waiting to hear!!! I've made a recoil pad for my Gen 1 but it's always nice to use factory parts if they'll work.

How much are the new recoil pad assemblies and are they in stock?

To be honest you would be best emailing or phoning them (DT) as Nick does not post often given how busy he is

does anyone wish that there was a metal buttpad option like the pre-a1 rifles had? i think the a1 butt pad and plate feels cheep and flimsy.
