SRS Covert - Best Ammo?

Hello,

I am recently new to the forum but have had my SRS Covert for a few years. I am looking for some knowledge or advice on what the best ammo load is to shoot on this platform. My rifle has a 16" barrel and I am wanting to do reloads for it, but do not know where to start as I am not sure of the ballistics and velocity of most of the loads out there for a 16" barrel.

Any experts out there that can help me get started somewhere on this one? Looking for anything at this point to help give me a direction so that I can get some bullets and powder to start the process.

In the 308 coverts they shoot most all ammo really great from my experience. Of course it shoots ours the best though, seriously! But you will be happy with most quality loads.
