The safety on my SRS has come loose. Using the .308 barrel I have no real problem but when I use the .300WM barrel the recoil kicks the safety to safe, every shot. Is this something that a "non-smith" can fix or do I need to send it in for repair? I do have another friend that has had this issue as well.

Send it for repair. They will fix it for you in short order. Great customer service, but hard to be without my DTA for 3 weeks.

If they are the early triggers we had an adjustment detent that you can increase or decrease tension on it.
