Shift in zero w/ same barrel?

Will a DTA SRS A1 maintain zero by removing the barrel for a full cleaning and then putting the same barrel back?

My Gen 1 with .308 conversion returns to zero each time the barrel has been removed. It's a very repeatable design when the same toque is used when reassembling.
