DTA SRS monopod
DTA SRS monopod
What do i need to look for to see if my Gen2 SRS is ready for the monopod upgrade. Sending my rifle back to be upgraded is not an option. Can anyone post up some pics. I keep kicking ,yield for not getting it when I bought the system.

From a review we did...
If you look in the upper right hand quadrant, to the rear of the chassis you'll see a big hole in the bottom. It's threaded. Pretty sure if that threaded hole is there, you are ready to receive a monopod.

Yeah, the only receivers that have to go back to DTA for modification are early Gen 1s (like mine). Later Gen 1s and all of Gen 2s have a large round inset at the bottom of the rear portion of the receiver. If you take your skins off you can see where the monopod attaches to the receiver. So if you have a Gen 2 rifle and want the monopod option, then all you need to do is get the monopod with replacement skins.

Thank you every one. Time to spend some more money again.
