Contemplating a MDR SBR in .300 Blackout.
...and I could use a nice .308. What would be a recommended route, keeping price and time in mind?

Purchase the MDR .308 with the "C" fore-grip 16"bbl,
then add a .300 conversion with short bbl??
(Hoping the "C" fore-grip will be released around the same time as the rifle)
My suppressor doesn't need a handguard, its safe to touch hot, so even the large diameter foreend is not needed.

Any thoughts or ideas, I'd appreciate.
Thank's in advance.

So the SBR model will likely be at the end of the line, I would guess it will come after the 50 State compliant model, but thats a guess so dont quote me on it. I do know that the 300blk conversion kits are likely to be release well after the initial rifles. So its very likely that for the near future, all we will see is 5.56 and 7.62 rifles.
The first shot, is worth all the rest.

Thank you for the reply.
I think that's a pretty fair assessment.
