As many of you guys know, Desert Tactical Munitions is constantly developing and producing new extreme range loads.

Recently I got the chance to head out to their range with them for a morning of shooting 7 WSM loads. We had a great time and got some pretty amazing groupings (6.5″ vertical at 1000 yards isn’t too shabby for a 6 shot group).

The take away?

The 7 WSM is an incredible round with impressive range and a really flat trajectory. And it’s just one of several loads that DTM is currently working on.
